Why we built it
Sellers of valuable products lose money every week to claims they can't answer: a box that "arrived empty", a phone that is "the wrong model", a charger that was "missing". Some claims are genuine mistakes, some are problems in transit, and some are simply not true. Without evidence, the seller usually pays either way.
Many sellers already try to film their packing on a phone. But those clips are hard to find when a claim arrives, easy to question, and awkward to share. We built DispatchO to turn packing videos into evidence that holds up: tied to the order, stamped with the time, sealed so it can't be changed, and shared with the customer in one private link.
What we believe
- Evidence should be trustworthy. Every video is fingerprinted and locked. We would rather say "we can't delete it early" than have evidence anyone can edit.
- It should be quick for packers. Scanning and recording has to fit a busy dispatch floor, with big buttons and a barcode scanner, not paperwork.
- Customers deserve to see the truth. Most disputes end when the buyer sees their own order being packed. Showing them should be simple and private.
- Data stays with the seller. Your videos and your customers' details are yours. We don't sell them and we don't train AI models on them.

Businesses that ship high-value orders and can't afford disputes: jewellery and luxury brands, electronics and mobile sellers, D2C brands, B2B distributors and exporters, and the 3PLs that pack for them. We started in India, with prices in rupees and support in Indian business hours.
