A customer who watches their own order being packed has little left to argue. We email them a private link, or you copy it into WhatsApp. It works for B2B clients on the move too.

- A code sent to their email before the video plays, so a forwarded link is useless.
- Watch only, no download. The link expires after 7, 15 or 30 days, and serial numbers are partly hidden.

Locked storage
Videos sit in write-once storage. They can't be edited or deleted until the retention period ends.

Recorded in DispatchO means Verified. Videos uploaded from another camera are kept too, marked Unverified.

What camera do I need?
Any phone with a browser, a laptop webcam, or a USB camera on a stand over the packing desk. Nothing to install.
Does my customer need an account?
No. They open the link, type the code we email them, and watch.
We don't have an order API. Can we still use it?
Yes. Your tech team can push orders to our API instead. During the pilot we help set up whichever is easier.
What happens when retention ends?
We warn you three days before, then the video is deleted for good. Download the claim pack first if a case is still open.
